ACG Awarded Contract to Upgrade Air/Ground Radio Systems for World’s Largest Courier Company Hub

The world’s largest courier company has awarded ACG Systems to upgrade its air/ground radio systems as part of the 2024 Airport Ground Operations Project. The Project includes enhanced technology across all communication platforms ensuring safe and efficient operations in order to move packages seamlessly as they rotate in and out of the airline hub.

ACG Systems will be providing and installing the radios in a split site configuration including primary and standby units: 

• Seven (7) Park Air T6-RV Sapphire VHF Rackmount Receivers
• Five (5) T6-TV Sapphire VHF Rackmount Transmitters 

The project includes enhancements to VHF-AM Air/Ground Radio systems, ensuring improved communication capabilities. The customer will collaborate with ACG Systems for the site survey, installation, and integration with the Avtec Scout consoles system, as well as training and final testing. This initiative marks a significant step toward enhancing operational efficiency and communication reliability at the courier’s largest airport hub.

The T6 Radios set standards for bringing high levels of safety, efficiency, and performance into a compact unit.
