“The Project Manager has done an amazing job coordinating the efforts involved.  From the initial project meeting through continuous meetings assisting our team in providing necessary ground-level preparation [they have] been a mentor, an educator, and manager of the project overall.

As for technical service at a ground level, from the initial site visit through their most recent work, they are frankly, amazing!  Not only have they been an absolute pleasure to work with even when situations here were frustrating (being polite), but they have been educators every step of the way.  They wanted us as customers to understand what they were doing and why.  Every question posed was answered with a concise explanation. [Their] technical expertise has been impressive, to say the least.  They have planned and then adapted to conditions and changes at the ground level.  Nothing seems to faze them when it comes to getting the job done.  If they ever ran out of patience, they never let it show.

This project has been a difficult one.  As stated, it has been a learning experience for me.  I truly appreciate the professionalism displayed by this team.  Thank you.”
