Whether you are updating technology, moving into digital or network-based radio platforms, or deploying mission-critical communications systems, the ACG Engineering and Professional Service teams can help our customers design, integrate and plan complex communication solutions.

Project Management Office (PMO)
On our PMO staff, ACG has PMP-certified program managers, deputy program managers, and project leads to support the complex needs of our customers. This critical customer-facing role ensure an on-time and in-budget delivery of services and goods. All projects that require service are assigned a PMO staff member.

System and Site Design
After consideration of a customer’s operational, technical, and budget requirements the ACG Systems team can offer a customized system designed to meet the communications needs of a particular application. For example, a design may include complex coverage challenges or provide an integrated turnkey solution including disparate manufacturers and technologies including radio and command-and-control.

Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering
ACG has multiple Electrical Engineers (EE) on staff with vast experience with RF design and engineering. This unique skill includes the experience and tools to provide heat mapping and coverage analysis, as well as RF mitigation for current sites.

Factory Acceptance
Testing
Whether a provision of a piece of hardware or a more complex integrated console/radio solution, the ACG Systems team will perform formal Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of all systems before shipping for implementation. Additionally, the team is responsible for the validation of new technologies and/or verification that an integrated solution can be successfully deployed before a site installation.

Training
ACG offers a full range of training modules including first line of defense for operators and technicians, as well as in-depth technical training for customer-provided support of their systems. Training can be performed at ACG HDQ in Annapolis, at our manufacturers’ facility, at their “roadshows,” or at a customer site.
Technical Support Services
ACG Technical Service assures the customer that their mission critical operations will be supported in an immediate and effective manner. The Technical Services team is available to support all our communication offerings including ground radio (LMR), Air/ground radio, and command-and-control console (VCS) systems.

Help Desk
The ACG Help Desk is manned and ready to respond 24/7 to support our key customers. This 24/7 coverage is focused on varying Service Level Agreements (SLA) that can be offered to fit any customer’s needs.

Sparing & Repair Depot
The ACG team includes technical resources to repair returned product either in the ACG shop or through our manufacturing partners. Services also include depot sparing of customer equipment at ACG HDQ Warehouse.
