FAA Enroute implementation phase of the DCNS Datalink Radio Project

FAA ENROUTE DATALINK RADIO PROJECT

Overview

The FAA Enroute implementation phase of the DCNS datalink radio project concluded in 2020. Under a subcontract to Harris IT, ACG Systems managed and performed the installation of over 200 antenna/radio sites over a 30-month period.

Due to outstanding work during the Tower installation phase, Harris sole-sourced ACG to install and support the next phase, the Enroute implementation. They also selected ACG to provide maintenance support of selected key sites under a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Approach

ACG provided Subject Matter Expertise, including Program Management, Engineering, subcontractor services, installation, and on-site support for the FAA datalink radios.

Services

Program Management, Technician & Engineering Resources .

Continued Partnership

ACG is a loyal and dedicated Harris partner, supporting their FAA program with a long-term support contract.  The Service Level Agreement (SLA) with stringent response times was recently expanded to include ALL radio datalink systems, totaling close to 300 sites.

Over the past 5 years, ACG Systems has installed over 300 radio and antenna system infrastructure as Harris expands the FAA DCSN datalink radio reach. By 2021, FAA expansion will include 15 more site implementations.
