ACG Systems (ACG) has completed installation of the new air/ground radio system for Southwest Airlines’ (SWA) new non-stop service between the U.S. and Turks & Caicos. ACG provided the hardware, survey, licensing, and installation services for the technology which enables pilot communication with local operations and remote access by the SWA Dallas Dispatch Operations Center (NOC). ACG has also received recent authorization to provide and implement similar systems at four SWA Mexican destinations, Costa Rica, Grand Cayman, Punta Cana, Nassau, and Aruba.
