ACG Systems (ACG) is supporting Southwest Airlines (SWA) as they expand non-stop service between the U.S. and Turks & Caicos beginning Nov. 5, 2017. ACG will provide and install new air/ground radio systems enabling pilot communication with local operations and remote access by the SWA Dallas Dispatch Operations Center (NOC). ACG is authorized to implement a similar system in parallel at the Grand Cayman Islands, while previously installing communications systems at SWA’s international sites in Belize and Montego Bay, Jamaica.
