Solution:

Under a subcontract to Sword and Shield, ACG provided comprehensive supply, integration and continuesd support for a secure land mobile radio network accessible to special agents via Twisted Pair Solutions (a Motorola Solutions company) Wave software.

Integration:

Wave Management, Media and Proxy servers were installed on Windows based servers with a virtual instance of a SIP (session initiated protocol) server. Dispatch and Desktop workstations and laptops were configured as well as mobile communications facilitated for over 150 agents; including remote vehicles, remote sites, and mobile phone use cases.

Support:

ACG is actively engaged with this contract to provide support for compliance authorities and configuration support for ongoing missions.
