ACG Systems CrossBand Solution provides your agents with immediate and consistent access to the aircraft VHF calls over Motorola (or equivalent) handheld radios. The CrossBand system allows your agent to receive inbound calls and transmit back to an aircraft while in other areas of the airport or even while on the move.
With proper programming by ACG, any Motorola type handheld radio configured for CrossBand is equipped to monitor and receive both the ground and air/ground frequencies,transmit over both frequencies, or independently select whether to access the ground or air/ground frequency.
